Terms of use

Last updated: [TO DECIDE: date]

These terms are an agreement between you and [TO DECIDE: seller of record, full legal name], [TO DECIDE: company number, if a company], of [TO DECIDE: company address] ("we", "us"). They cover your use of Warm Welcome (the "tool") at [TO DECIDE: website address].

Please read them before you buy. By buying or using the tool, you agree to them.

1. What the tool does

The tool reads a product page you give it, interviews you, and writes email marketing content for that product: a lead magnet, opt-in page copy and a series of emails. You download the results and use them in your own email platform.

The tool does not send emails, host pages or connect to your email platform.

2. Your account

3. What you buy

What your purchase includes depends on what you bought:

PurchaseWhat it includes
The welcome funnelOne project: one funnel for one product, with a lead magnet, opt-in page copy and a 5-email welcome series.
The follow-up sequence25 further emails for the same project.
Extra subject lines[TO DECIDE: confirm whether this is sold.]
Unlimited projects[TO DECIDE: confirm the offer. See section 6.]
[TO DECIDE: other products, such as a done-for-you template][TO DECIDE]

Prices are shown at checkout in [TO DECIDE: currency]. The welcome funnel costs $27. The done-for-you Systeme.io funnel costs $17. The follow-up sequence costs $67. [TO DECIDE: price of an additional welcome funnel.] Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is added at checkout based on where you are.

A purchase gives you access to the tool to create the projects it covers. It is not a subscription unless we clearly say so at checkout. [TO DECIDE: update if a monthly plan is offered.]

4. Usage limits

Every piece of writing the tool produces costs us money to create. To keep the tool available and fairly priced for everyone, these limits apply:

When you reach a limit, the tool will tell you. We may change these limits for future purchases. We won't reduce the limits on something you have already bought without telling you first and offering [TO DECIDE: what, for example a refund of the unused part].

We may suspend an account that uses the tool in a way designed to get around these limits, such as automated or scripted use.

5. Who owns what

6. Building funnels for clients

[TO DECIDE: depends on your final offer. The spec proposes that only the "unlimited projects" upgrade includes the right to build funnels for clients.]

If your purchase includes client rights:

If your purchase does not include client rights, use the tool only for products you sell yourself (including as an affiliate).

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the emails you send. In particular:

8. No guarantee of results

We don't promise any particular result from using the tool or the emails it writes, including sales, sign-ups, opens or income. Results depend on many things we don't control. See our earnings disclaimer.

The tool uses artificial intelligence to write. Its output may sometimes contain mistakes. That is why every email is checked and why you must review it before use.

9. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying. See our refund policy.

If a payment is refunded, the funnel it paid for is removed from your account: you can no longer view, edit or download that content, you can't create anything new with that purchase, and your right to use that content (including anything already downloaded) ends.

If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, it is treated the same as a refund. If the chargeback is decided in our favor, access is restored.

10. Your data

How we handle your personal data, including your interview answers, is explained in our privacy policy. You can delete your data from your account page at any time.

13. Our liability

[TO DECIDE: solicitor to draft. Must not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, and must respect consumers' statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK consumers. Note that many buyers may be outside the UK.]

14. Law and disputes

[TO DECIDE: solicitor to confirm governing law and courts, for example England and Wales, and how this applies to buyers in other countries.]
