Refund policy

Last updated: [TO DECIDE: date]

This policy covers purchases of Warm Welcome from [TO DECIDE: seller of record, full legal name].

Our guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it, and we'll refund you in full. [TO DECIDE: confirm whether there are any conditions, for example that you have started a project. The simplest guarantee has none.]

How to ask for a refund

Email [TO DECIDE: contact email address] from the email address you bought with, and tell us what you bought. You don't have to give a reason, though it helps us improve.

We'll refund you to the card or account you paid with within [TO DECIDE: number] business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

What happens after a refund

The funnel that purchase paid for is removed from your account. You can no longer view, edit or download its emails, lead magnet or page copy, and you can't create anything new with that purchase.

Your right to use that content ends too. Please don't use emails, a lead magnet or page copy from a refunded purchase, including anything you downloaded before the refund. [TO DECIDE: solicitor to confirm this wording.]

If you refund only the follow-up sequence, only its emails (days 6 to 30) are removed. Your welcome funnel stays.

If you bought more than one thing (for example the welcome funnel and the follow-up sequence), tell us which you'd like refunded. [TO DECIDE: confirm whether refunding the welcome funnel also refunds add-ons bought with it.]

Please contact us before your bank

If something's wrong, email us first. We'll sort it out quickly. A chargeback through your bank is treated the same as a refund: the funnel that payment bought is removed from your account. If the chargeback is later decided in our favor, access comes back.

This policy is in addition to your legal rights, and doesn't affect them.

[TO DECIDE: solicitor to advise on the cancellation rules for digital content. Under UK consumer law, there is usually a 14-day right to cancel online purchases, which can be lost for digital content once you start using it, but only if you agree to that at checkout. Your checkout may need a checkbox for this. The 30-day guarantee above may make this simpler, if it is at least as generous.]
